For Delegate, Abstract submission is not necessary and they can book their slot directly.


Companies or Any Individual who are Non-sponsoring to attend any international conference, can avail the benefits on purchase a group of delegate’s passes to attending the congress may do as such by utilizing the special group registration fee. For more information about group registration, please feel free to contact us on As such, a group consists of a minimum of 3 persons.


  • Access to all the Sessions  which includes (Opening ceremony, Keynote Speech, Oral Presentation, Poster Discussion Session, Industrial Exhibitions)
  • Conference Material and Proceeding Book.
  • Refreshment, Tea/Coffee and Lunch will be facilitated during the break time of our conference days accordingly.
  • All the Participants will be venerated by their Certificates after the presentations.
  • Certificates are accredited by our honored Scientific Committee.

  • Poster cards with number will be placed on the poster hall before one hour of the session start
  • Each author will be provided with a 1 meter x 1 meter poster presenting area and mounting pins / stick-tape. Participants are responsible for mounting their posters during the presentation and in removing them as soon as the session ends. 
  • Best Poster awards will be announced during the closing ceremony of the conference.

  • Cancellation policy is strictly followed and it needs to done in a written format via email.
  • During 90-60 days of the conference, will receive a full refund, less a $100 towards administrative fee.
  • During 59-30 Days of the conference 75% fee will be refunded, less a 25% towards administrative fees.
  • Cancellations received less than one month prior to the announced event date will not be refunded.
  • The registrations with discounted prices are transferable but not refundable at any point of time.
  • Refunds will be made in the second week after the completion of the conference.


  • An organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activities associated with this meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we have to unexpectedly cancel the meeting, the registration fee, less a processing charge, will be returned to each registrant.
  • The coordinators will not acknowledge any obligation for personal injuries or for misfortune or damage to their property belonging of any individual participant, during conference days, or because of the gathering.
